Layout
The entrance leads into a characteristic vestibule with original doors opening into the welcoming hallway.
The spacious living area is divided into three distinct yet connected spaces: a comfortable sitting room, a dining area, and a bright rear extension with French doors opening onto the beautifully landscaped garden. The garden also features a rear entrance, providing convenient access to the storage shed by bicycle.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, oven, gas hob, and ample storage space.
Also on the ground floor are a guest toilet with washbasin, a practical storage cupboard, and access to the basement.
The first floor offers four well-proportioned bedrooms. The spacious front bedroom is furnished with a double bed. Two of the rear bedrooms are currently arranged as children's rooms and both provide direct access to sunny terraces overlooking the garden. The fourth room is currently used as a study but can easily serve as an additional bedroom.
A modern bathroom features a walk-in shower, washbasin, towel radiator, and washing machine. A separate toilet is located on the same floor for added convenience.
The property benefits from central heating throughout and also features a cosy Norwegian wood-burning stove, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere during the colder months.
Location
The property enjoys an excellent location in one of The Hague's most family-friendly neighbourhoods. Tram lines 2 and 3, as well as bus lines 21 and 23, stop directly in front of the house, providing quick connections to the city centre and surrounding areas.
Within walking distance you will find supermarkets, local shops, restaurants, fitness and wellness facilities, while the International School of The Hague, the dunes, and the beach of Kijkduin are all just a short bike ride away.
