Third-party account: Choose to have the rent transferred to our third-party account (derdengelden-rekening) or to your own dedicated account, we can link the data to our management system. If you have more than 10 Rental Units, we can create and link a new account for you free of charge.
Eliminate vacancy: By working pro-actively in arranging seamless tenant transitions and long-term tenants, there will be minimal (mutation) vacancy.
Clean check-out: A home must be delivered well. If something is broken or maintenance has to be carried out at the hands of the tenant we will arrange this with the tenant and/or guarantor and follow up on it immediately. Unnecessary costs are just a waste.

Basic

We offer a basic management package for your home for which the costs amount to 3% of the annual rental income. We distinguish ourselves by being 2% cheaper than the average brokers, who often charge 5% of the annual rental income. This package includes the following services:

Management of maintenance and repairs during the rental period by managing third parties

Premium

We also offer an extensive -tailor-made- management package for real estate investors who are looking for complete and carefree management. This package includes administrative, financial & technical management in addition to the services described in the basic property management package. The costs for the premium property management amount to 5% (excl. VAT) of the annual rental income. Further services include advice on real estate investment and development, annual rent increase, out of hours contact number and an in-house repair team.

Property management for investors can also be extended with the option of using a digital environment with automated and professional amicable collection and collection in the event of rent arrears (file creation, reminders, repeated contact with tenants, setting up payment arrangements).
